Key Responsibilities:

Achieve or exceed sales and profit targets
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction (CSI)
Manage expenses and budget effectively
Recruit, train, and develop a highperforming team
Foster a positive and resultsoriented work environment
Represent the dealership at community events and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a car dealership (BMW experience is an asset)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong financial and business acumen
Passion for the automotive industry
