How will you make an impact?


This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that is inclusive As part of the Administrative team you will provide support to the distribution management team, associates and our customers You will perform work that is multifaceted and sophisticated where you will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks.


What will you do?

  • Filing and maintaining BOL's, receiving and customs documents
  • Processing of invoices for vendors and couriers
  • Assist fellow Administrative Coordinators in Regulatory, OS&D and Customer Service
  • Responsible for acquiring and processing daily requests for various certificates.
  • Work with partners to resolve outstanding credits/returns.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to facilitate customer requests.
  • Handling training records, and confidential files (both paper and electronic)
  • File and handle lost and damaged claims for both inbound and outbound carriers.
  • Prepare and run various reports, credit memos, stock checks etc
  • Collaborate with the department leadership team in the planning of development projects.
  • Generate Distribution reports.
  • Perform any duties assigned as seen fit.

How will you get here?

  • High School education required; College diploma preferred with minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service/office administration strongly preferred.
  • Strong digital literacy proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Works independently as part of a team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and produce work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and good judgement.
