Summary:


The Supply Chain team covers the end-to-end supply chain including planning, sourcing, warehousing, distribution, performance standard measures and transportation, working closely with our internal customers and external suppliers to deliver the right equipment, in providing the right products in a timely and complete fashion.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage Master Data deliverables for large corporate projects;
  • Manage a team of unionized employees;
  • Extract/Analyse large data sets (SAP) for use on projects or process improvements;
  • Partner with IT, Supply Chain, Procurement & Accounts Payable;
  • Advise project teams on Master Data best practices;
  • Investigate SAP issues;
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and innovation;
  • Prepare and maintain business process and procedure documents;

Critical Qualifications:


  • Leadership experience (formal or informal);
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems;
  • Understanding of project life cycles and processes ;
  • Excel knowledge (Intermediate);
  • Ability to recognize opportunities for improvement in daily routine and take appropriate action ;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong time management and work ethic skills (highly motivated) to manage multiple simultaneous projects and responsibilities;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at various levels of the hierarchy;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player; ability to lead and work within immediate, extended and multidisciplinary teams ;
  • Ability to prioritize ;
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and manage multiple shifting priorities in an unstructured and changing environment ;
  • Ability to learn quickly;

Preferred Qualifications:


  • University degree in business management, supply chain or related field;
  • Professional experience in a supply chain environment;
  • Supply chain concept knowledge;
  • Professional knowledge of Bell internal customer groups (e.g. Procurement, Network Operations, Field Services, Finance, etc.);
  • Outlook, MS Access, MS Project and Visio knowledge;
  • Ability to evaluate data from multiple sources, summarize and make recommendations;
  • Scripting knowledge (Studio formerly Winshuttle);
  • Jira Service Desk knowledge.
