Missions and Responsibilities
Incumbents must have experience in an industrial setting and be able to respond to customer questions related to welding needs. They must be able to prioritize and manage their time well.**
Competencies and Profile
- Some prior knowledge of industrial experience in welding
- Proficient with Computer - Strong working knowledge with Oracle, SaleForce and Google would be considered an asset.
- Experience working in customer service role is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service
- Prioritize and time management is a must
