Description

Minimum of 15 years overall FICO experience

Experience leading large global S/4HANA Finance business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
Experience leading sales opportunities
Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA 4 years of SAP S/4HANA is a must, with deep knowledge of endtoend Finance business processes, including Central Finance and other S/4 HANA Finance variants.
Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to selfdirect and mentor/manage teams and client.
Proven ability to lead and speak Finance functionality
Deep understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical spec.
Provide solutions including Central Finance based RTR Solutions and model solutions based on client's needs, priorities and best practices
Understanding of integration with other business processes
Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4HANA based Finance structures is an absolute requirement
Expert level knowledge in SAP Finance modules and understanding of integration with other modules
Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
Knowledge of the new SAP Model Company a definite plus
Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
