Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based out of our London office to help us service our customer base across Southern Ontario.

- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong phone presence
- Experience working with a CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
- Experience in a fastpaced office environment is essential
