## Job Description:
As our Shopify E-Commerce Developer & Optimization Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and boosting our digital sales.
This dual-focused role requires a unique blend of technical development skills, a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, and a data-driven approach to e-commerce optimization.
Your mission will be to develop, test, and refine our Shopify site, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and highly converting user experience.
## Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and customization of our Shopify site, implementing features, functionalities, and design elements that drive engagement and sales.
- Conduct indepth audits of our Shopify platform to identify technical and userexperience improvement opportunities.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to enhance site performance, user experience, and conversion rates, utilizing your deep understanding of Shopify's capabilities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices and marketing strategies within the Shopify framework.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) to monitor site performance and user behavior, translating data into actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, Shopify updates, and industry best practices to continuously improve site functionality and performance.
- Manage the technical aspects of integrating thirdparty apps and tools with our Shopify site to enhance site capabilities and user experience.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of development and optimization efforts on site performance and sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Shopify site development, including custom theme development and app integration, with a strong portfolio of successful ecommerce sites.
- Expert knowledge of web development technologies relevant to Shopify, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Experience in ecommerce optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis, with a track record of improving site performance and conversion rates.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how to implement them in a Shopify environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent project management abilities, capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
