Compensation:

$70,000+

Responsibilities:

Qualify prospective customers quickly by factfinding to identify decisionmakers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles
Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends
Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenuegenerating activities

Qualifications:

Teamfocused, organized, selfstarter with an orientation towards service, detail, problemsolving, and deadlines
You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals
Must have a real estate license or in the process of obtaining real estate license
