Key responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our business and offerings, developing strategic plans for account growth, managing and strengthening client relationships, spotting new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations.

    • A university degree or diploma in a related field.
    Responsibilities:
    • Account Management: Understand client industries and marketing strategies, grow client relationships, manage project implementation internally, document project requirements, collaborate with internal teams for client objectives, and monitor program KPIs.
    • Client Relationship Management and Communication: Develop business relationships with clients, support the account team, ensure effective communication, and coordinate client project briefs and approvals.
    • Budget and Financials: Assist in developing annual account plans to meet revenue and profit targets.
    • Knowledge and Industry Relations: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of DAC's offerings, stay informed about program activities, and engage in industry and platform training as provided by DAC.
