Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Host to join the team at Bray's.
As a Host, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
We do not consider this an "entry-level" position. We view the position of Host as a key role responsible for ensuring a smooth service.Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and escort them to their table.
- Assist in seating guests according to seating plans, reservations, and guest preferences
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries or reservations
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Assist servers as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
