Job description
We currently have a full-time position available for a
Parts Counter Person at our
Dartmouth location.

This is an excellent opportunity for a team player with a contagious can-do attitude in the workplace.

This position involves working in the Parts Department in a support role in all areas, primarily as the Front Counter Person, supplying the shop with parts as needed, and supporting the on-road Salesperson.

The Parts Counter Person works in collaboration with the service department and management team. This role has excellent opportunities for advancement.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities and requirements:

Previous dealership Parts experience is preferred
Able to learn new skills, some computer experience is an asset
Can lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Detailed and accurate paperwork
Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
Pulls and fills orders from stock for orders via telephone and walkin customers
Assists in inventory control
Maintain a clean & organized workstation
Willing to carry out a variety of daily duties

Qualifications:

Valid NS Driver's license
Previous Dealership or Parts experience is considered an asset
A Journeyman Parts Technician is a significant asset

What We're Looking For

Schedule:

9hour shift
Monday to Friday
Possible overtime
