Duties
- Assist with molecular biology experiments the duties includes molecular cloning, cell transfections, lentivirus production, cell transduction;
- Assist with mouse experiments the duties include intravenous and intrafemroal transplantation, blood and bone marrow analysis, and treatment protocols;
- Conduct in vitro assays the duty include flow cytometry, cell imaging, and cell proliferation assays.
Qualifications
- At minimum, completion of a B.Sc. in Biology or Biological Sciences related field; MSc accepted
- At minimum, 6 months of practical and related experience working in a related biomedical research field
- Experience in DNA cloning, mouse work, flow cytometry, and tissue culture is required
- Excellent competency in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset, able to follow instructions, and willing to work independently but alsoclosely with other members of the team
- Proficiency with MS Office software for record keeping is essential
- Strong analytical skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work independently with guidanceare essential.
