TERM/STATUS:

Temporary Full Time

SCHEDULE/HRS:

Flex based schedule // 37.5 hours per week

HOURLY WAGE:

$18.00

THE ROLE:

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

Postsecondary education or training in a related field (Social Services, Human Services, or Education).
Must be between ages of 1830 at intake time, legally entitled to work in Canada, not hold another full time (30 or more hours) summer job

Preferred Experience:

-
Previous experience working with adults with barriers to employment

Demonstrated ability to successfully implement instructional and other support programs.
Experience working in a professional team environment

Standard requirements of the Program Worker include:

Criminal Record Clearance
Medical Clearance
Valid First Aid/CPR
Class 5 Drivers License
Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
Use of a car with business insurance
Demonstrated competency in English
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (asset) expertise in the development of online class content & implementation
Eligible to work in Canada
Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee status
This position requires Union membership.
