SIGNING BONUS FOR DIRECT HIRES:
$200 UPON HIRE AND $300 BONUS UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF PROBATION PERIOD
***: Reporting to the Weld and Fabrication Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible to perform general labour duties as assigned in a safe manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Prepping parts such as masking, taping, and plugging parts for painting
  • Load and unload parts on the paint line
  • Inspect parts before final release to customer
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work shifts on a rotating basis
  • Working in a fastpaced environment
  • Other duties as required

DESIRED EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent
  • Safety and quality conscious
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instruction
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Very hands on attitude
  • Able to work in a physically demanding, hot environment
  • Dedicated, reliable and able to work in a team environment

Job Types:

$16.50-$19.90 per hour
