Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Digital Ag Advisor on a temporary (for approximately 6 months) full-time basis located in Saskatoon, SK, Regina, SK, Calgary, AB, Edmonton, AB, or Winnipeg, MB.

Who we are:

What you'll do:

AgZone Field Implementation Coordination

You will coordinate, provide training and onboarding, and monitor onboarding progress of local Coops implementing AgZone Field platform.
You will follow up with local Coops to determine where they are in the onboarding process and identify where there may be an issue in progress and provide support and training as needed.
You will effectively document, communicate, and follow up on assigned tasks with team members and stakeholder in a timely manner
You will ensure that internal and external stake holders understand what is expected of them to ensure that deliverables are executed.
You will work closely with Learning and Development to create and develop training materials and procedures.

Local Co-op Stakeholder Engagement and Support

You will establish strong working relationships with local Coop management and staff and serve as a main liaison for AgZone Field implementation.
You will support office hours for business stakeholders (local Coops) to call in with questions/issues and provide answers/solutions to resolve or transfer to appropriate internal SME.

Continuous Program Improvement

You will identify any issues or gaps in the existing AgZone field implementation process and collaborate with appropriate internal and external SME's to troubleshoot and determine a solution.
You will execute projects that have been identified as a need and suggest future enhancement as identified.
You will recommend process improvement to be implement in program, based on lessons learned.

Other

You will collaborate with the Grow Team Advisor team for Feature Showcases and presentations to local Coops and Grower Events.
You will participate in AgSolutions meetings to stay abreast of current ongoings within the Ag industry and the needs of the local Coops.

Who you are:

You have a bachelor's degree or diploma in Agronomy, an Agriculture discipline, or other relevant area of study;
