RFA Mortgage Corporation specializes in Prime lending (Insured, Insurable, Uninsurable), while RFA Bank of Canada is a balance sheet based Alternative mortgage lender (Alt-A and B lending).

The Opportunity
The main day to day duties for the recruitment administrator include;

  • Maintain role schedules and tracking milestones provide regular status updates to the HR Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Schedule and conduct prescreening interviews for open positions, and ensure applicants receive a great experience.
  • Maintain an organized and uptodate interview calendar, ensuring that all stakeholders are wellinformed of interview schedules, locations, and formats.
  • Manage the collection of interview questions/notes from hiring managers, encompassing panel members' interview notes, and meticulously maintain organization of all interview files within our HR folder.
  • Notify appropriate internal staff of any new acceptances/hires across all departments.
  • Create new hire tickets for incoming staff when necessary.
  • Maintain the importance of diversity and inclusion during the recruitment process, and work with the HR Manager for improvements.
  • Review and update current job descriptions, if required.
  • Track incoming referrals from internal employees.
  • Assist HR Manager in other talent acquisition duties as required.
  • Supporting with onboarding, probationary period and offboarding tasks, as required.
  • Other HR tasks as required.

What you can bring to RFA:

  • 1+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or related field. CHRP an asset.
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system. Dayforce/Ceridian experience an asset.
