Colony Ford Lincoln is looking for an
Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team in Brampton.


Our
Accounts Payable Clerks work with the Accounting Department to complete all accounts payable, and will take appropriate action on accounts and reconcile & deposit all money received by the dealership.

Colony Ford Lincoln will be moving into a brand-new dealership in summer 2023 The new dealership will be renamed to Mayfield Ford Lincoln, located at 5 Docksteader Road in Brampton (Mayfield Auto Mall).

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Duties:


  • Process accounting files for dealership's departments.
  • Process/reconcile invoicing.
  • Process accounts payable invoices; reconciliation/payment of supplier statements for departments.
  • Assist in preparing yearend documents for auditors.
  • Attend all departmental meetings as required.
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We Look For:


  • General accounting knowledge is required.
  • Experience in an automotive environment is considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of CDK software is considered an asset.
  • The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
