Baig Security Looking to hire a full time Bookkeeper for a remote position
JOB TITLE :
BOOKKEEPER
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Experienced in Quickbook
- Oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Gsuites
- Can work 20 hours per week
- Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Permanent WFH (Has stable internet connection and own PC or laptop and smartphone
- Administration tasks and other tasks as assigned
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Receives and records invoices and arranges payment
- Prepares and sends invoices to clientsOther duties as assigned
- Administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
