Baig Security Looking to hire a full time Bookkeeper for a remote position





JOB TITLE :
BOOKKEEPER


JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven bookkeeping experience
  • Experienced in Quickbook
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge in Gsuites
  • Can work 20 hours per week
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Permanent WFH (Has stable internet connection and own PC or laptop and smartphone
  • Administration tasks and other tasks as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
  • Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
  • Receives and records invoices and arranges payment
  • Prepares and sends invoices to clientsOther duties as assigned
  • Administrative tasks
  • Other duties as assigned
