What You Will Be Doing:

Perform mechanical repair work on gasoline marine engines, outboard motors and related powersport/marine equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and test engines and equipment to determine need for repairs and modifications
Install electronics as required
Advise Service Advisor's of diagnosis, needed repairs and additional work required
Excellent communication, and time management skills
Ensure the service shop is maintained in a clean, organized, hazardfree manner
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to use a computer for electrical diagnostic software systems

What You Bring to the Table:

Applicants must have a desire and passion for powersports with a strong mechanical background in the powersports and marine industry_
3+ years of experience in the powersport/marine industry
Certified motorcycle technician is considered an asset
Valid G Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
High School Diploma or equivalent
O.E.M. Trained or willingness to learn
Must be organized, responsible, able to abide by all relevant safety requirements.
Position requires the ability to safely lift and manage materials related to the job
Positive Teamwork Attitude
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Ability to use a computer for electrical diagnostic software systems
