We focus on learning. As part of this position, we focus on teaching and building.

As a TRADER joining our team, you will:

  • Learn the technical skills of metal commodity trading
  • Develop approaches to cultivate and grow a portfolio of customers
  • Learn the dynamics and ins and outs of B2B selling, negotiations and building relationships for the long term
  • Learn how to market materials for optimal value
  • Build strong relationship skills to manage aftersale service with customers
  • Learn how to organize your portfolio and drive growth

What you bring to the table:

  • Degree in finance, business or science bachelors or advanced studies (preferred)
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills and thinking
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a competitive drive to achieve
  • The ability to build strong and lasting relationships and partnerships (you are a natural connector)
  • High level of integrity and humility
  • Creative problem solver
