You will
- Execute and organize backend office paperwork, reports and contracts
- Keep Avesdo and CRM accurate and uptodate
- Greet and register all visitors to the Presentation Centre
- Follow up with prospects and book sales appointments
- Maintain and stock an impeccably clean and tidy Presentation Centre, ready for viewing
- Provide overviews to visitors as required
You have
- A minimum 2+ years related experience
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent time management skills and can work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills with competency in Excel, Word and Outlook and confidence in mastering new CRM systems, database management and electronic contract software
- An understanding of residential real estate sales and processes (a major asset)
- A university degree or equivalent experience (an asset but not required)
- An ability to communicate in more than one language (an asset but not required)

This role will be based at our Presentation Centre in Squamish.
