What you will do:


  • Monitor the progress of flights and communicate as required with the flight crew, air traffic controllers, regulatory agencies, and service vendors.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of operational flight plans.
  • Identify aircraft experiencing difficulties. Establish and maintain communication with air traffic control towers and area control centers in case of inflight emergency.
  • Assist pilots in the preparation of flight by providing preflight information concerning current and forecast weather conditions, airport conditions, radio frequencies movement coordination, customs and immigration and landing authorization from Civil Aviation Authority. Collect, and maintain operational flight plans, aircraft journey logs, and trip itineraries as per Transport Canada requirements.

What you bring:


  • Completion of postsecondary education aviation program will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Customer Service.
  • Ability to concentrate and maintain detail orientation and accuracy in a fastpaced office environment while working among other flight coordinators. Proactive team player who takes initiative, applies logical thinking and finds resolution for daytoday challenges.

Hours of Work:

Work hours will be on rotational 12-hour shifts in a "554" scheme that includes morning, afternoon and night shifts.
