JOB SUMMARY

Bartender is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest experience.

They can also be called upon to perform duties of greeting, serving and bussing.

YOUR ROLE

Set and stock the bar at the start of the shift and clean at end of the shift
Prepare and serve all food and beverages
Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
Perform related maintenance/cleaning of equipment
Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of bartop, service areas
Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge guests even when busy
Ensure that all equipment is stored in the correct manner, in line with all food and beverage/conference and banqueting requirements and health & safety legislation.
All other duties as required

YOUR PROFILE

Previous bartending experience
Familiar with POS systems
Excellent product knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, nonalcoholic beverages and their preparation methods
Problem solving skills
Able to work quickly and multitask
Have an eye for detail and strong sense of urgency
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Able to stand for up to 5 hours at a time, lift/carry/push up to 50 lbs. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects
