HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Communicate with internal/external customers via multiple mediums with accuracy and professionalism
- Communicate decisions and information as well as manage daily Service Levels
- Address and resolve all customer inquiries, in a professional and efficient manner, always responding to the customer's needs ensuring a positive customer experience
- Perform back office tasks as required to complete the client interaction
- Educate customers on processes, ordering platforms and the various products FCT offers
- Review existing transactions and address and inform customers on any issues relating to their specific files, escalating when necessary
- Keep up to date on all policies, procedures, practices including department policies/practices and the Companywide best practices
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 1 year Customer Service phone or in person
- 1 year experience in Appraisal Management, Real Estate or Residential Lending
- 1 year Data entry
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English and French (would be an asset)
- Intermediate level proficiency (Word and Excel)
- Team player who can work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to exercise sound independent judgment in a wide range of situations and exhibit creative thinking and problem solving
- Availability to work between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm EST Monday to Friday. (7.5 hrs./day)
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet strict deadlines with accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to deal with stressful situations while remaining calm and positive
