The Manager, Digital Communities will lead various projects ensuring the successful adoption of Workplace and assisting organizations to be inclusive and drive an enabling culture for all their people.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer executive sponsors to create Workplace passion and satisfaction.
Lead companywide implementation of Workplace within large organizations, ensuring a high level of adoption.
Work crossfunctionally with stakeholders and business leaders to understand and translate their requirements and establish content and engagement strategies.
Manage internal relationships; establish a strategy for internal updates to keep stakeholders informed on project progress
Manage and maintain the customers relationship, ensuring that all customers attain a high level of adoption and business value from using Workplace.
Adapt quickly to product changes and nuances and communicate these strategically to stakeholders.
Plan and assist in building all campaigns to meet assigned client budgets and needs.
Deliver quarterly business reviews for each client to measure and communicate ROI, identify problems, opportunities, and communicate all recommendations and action items to consulting and sales team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in communications, marketing, technology, business, or media required
5 years of experience in a similar role or working in a in a consultancy or marketing agency preferred.
Excellent project management skills required; experience in managing multiple projects required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Technically Savvy with social media platforms/business collaboration platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to report and optimize strategy based on data.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
Experience with enterprise network platforms such as Workplace from Meta, Slack, Yammer, Dynamic Signal, or similar platforms is a valuable asset
