What you will do:


  • Audit Post Flight paperwork for compliance with procedure and ensure it is submitted to the correct department according to standard
  • Guarantee that all packages are up to standards to issue a correct invoice to charter and owner clients
  • Assist in the storage of a physical copy of postflight paperwork
  • Hotel and rental car booking for flight crew and passengers.
  • Perform data entry and complete reports as directed
  • Assist Senior Flight Coordinator with future trip planning
  • Assist FCC Admin by pairing invoices with internal trip numbers for billing

What you bring:


  • Enrolled in an accredited postsecondary course, aviation programs will be considered an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to retain and process large amounts of information
  • Demonstrated commitment to completion of tasks on a timely basis
  • Microsoft Office skills at an intermediate level or higher
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to take initiative, multitask & work well under pressure
