Position Overview


Kratos Antenna Solutions is looking for a Program Coordinator/Account Manager with a technical background that includes experience managing projects/programs within the automotive, aerospace, or healthcare sector.

The Project Coordinator/Account Manager is responsible for ensuring delivery of engineering products. Projects are managed "end-to-end", and this role includes financial compliance, planning, design, analysis, procurement, testing, and verification activities. In addition, this position will contribute to strategic planning, business development, and process development.

The position will interface with internal and external project team members across various departments such as sales, purchasing, planning and production.

Incumbent is expected to exercise independent judgement, multi-task and prioritize problem solving initiatives.


Essential Job Function

  • Liaises with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering and Purchasing to coordinate implementation and ensure project success.
  • Manages all project components to drive successful progress and completion of projects.
  • Works with purchasing team and within SAP/ERP System to ensure bought materials are delivered in the appropriate timeframe
  • Work at all stages of project to ensure timely delivery and specification compliance
  • Manage impact of program risks and maintain detailed and accurate records
  • Maintain project time plan, including global overview and detailed daybyday plans
  • Responsible for creating project briefs detailing scope, milestones, timeline, risks, and deliverables.
  • Develop simple business cases to support the project justification.
  • Ensure effective management of project finances by closely monitoring project spending, accurately reporting actuals versus budget, and providing timely updates to project stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of a postsecondary diploma/degree in a relevant technical Mechanical, Electrical field, or Business / Project Management
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • 3 5 years proven track record as project/program manager and exceptional customer service skills in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong project management experience in a crossfunctional environment (including budget and timeline management, scope management, estimating and managing project resources, risk management, timely decision making, critical path identification, business transformation).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable leading meetings and giving presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and SAP
  • Ability to work with constant deadlines, and a fastpaced environment is a key requirement. Must be comfortable in terms of multitasking.

Pay:
$72,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
