Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and making recommendations for further interviews with hiring managers.
Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and the progress of the recruiting process
Conducting reference checks and verifying credentials

Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Ability to use various recruiting tools and databases to find and attract talent.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, as well as industry standards for recruitment and selection.
