is for experienced Inventory Associates for CTDI (Communications Test Design Inc.) in Oakville CTDI is a leading service provider within the consumer electronic communications industry and a fast-growing company with a great work environment and unique long-term opportunities available in the 3PL.

The distribution center is located at 403 and North Service Road E (Oakville, Ontario). CTDI is looking for reliable individuals with good work ethics and dedication to join the team


This is a temporary job opportunity, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity (given job performance meets CTDI's standards).


Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour


Basic Requirements:


  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Clear background check.
  • You must have reliable transportation to be on time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a highvolume distribution, manufacturing, technical service (i.e. testing and repair) or forward logistics operation a plus.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Attention to detail is a must
:


  • Perform cycle counts daily, as well as Inventory Control Functions.
  • Reports any discrepancies to Inventory Leads and Operations Manager.

Problem-solving skills are an asset
:


  • Experience within a fastmoving, technologydriven environment.
  • Data entry to CTDI systems via PC and RF handheld devices.
  • Support the Inventory team with various tasks at hand.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to operate a PC and input data.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and also within a team.
  • Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.
  • Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed by the customer.
