Schedule:
Monday to Friday, every other Saturday; 5-day work week

Job Duties:

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and schedule availability
Assist and process customer orders and inquiries in a fastpaced environment
Complaint Resolution: Listening attentively to customer complaints, empathizing with their concerns, and working towards resolving issues effectively. Troubleshooting problems, escalating complex cases when necessary, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide general administrative support
Uses programs such as Navision and the Schedule to create customer cards and book service appointments
Tags parts for service work and assists with equipment diagnosis

Job Requirements

1 year experience in a service industry and experience in coordinating
Able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think on your feet
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible to unanticipated issues
Proficiency with computers
Must be available to work weekends
