Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates a forklift and overhead crane to move materials to the lathe
  • Load and unload auto clave
  • Assists coworkers as needed and maintains a clean work area
  • Promotes a safe work environment and a positive attitude
  • Compliant with health and safety and quality procedures

Essential Qualifications:

  • Selfmotivated with an interest in a career in the covered roll industry
  • Knowledge and safe use of overhead crane is an asset
  • Tow motor license or recent inhouse training is an asset
  • Experienced and comfortable working in an industrial facility
  • Knowledgeable of health and safety legislation and safe work practices

Physical Requirements:

  • Comfortable and able to climb a ladder and work at heights up to 10 meters
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour
