What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities

Drive the endtoend implementation of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Narrative Reporting Cloud Service (NRCS), including advising on configurations built in the system.
Build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders (i.e business sponsors, core project team, steerco members, implementation partners, key users, and contributors) and manage their expectations.
Provide expert guidance on configuration, automation, and best practices for financial consolidation, close process, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting, including optimal dimension configuration, business rules/VB Script customization, web forms/task list definition, and Smart View templates in line with business.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate FCCS and NRCS with other financial systems and data sources.
Enhance financial consolidation and close processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Collaborate with the Project Management Office to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Work with the Change Management team to engage stakeholders, drive user adoption, deliver training, and offer ongoing support.
Support system audit activities.

Qualifications and Experience
years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial systems implementation, with a focus on Oracle FCCS and NRCS.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) will be advantageous.
Indepth knowledge of financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes including GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
Experience with ERP accounting systems such as Workday Finance, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Great Plains.
Solid experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and MD&A for public reporting as well as deep knowledge on Financial reports and SmartView.
