What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the endtoend implementation of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Narrative Reporting Cloud Service (NRCS), including advising on configurations built in the system.
  • Build effective relationships with relevant stakeholders (i.e business sponsors, core project team, steerco members, implementation partners, key users, and contributors) and manage their expectations.
  • Provide expert guidance on configuration, automation, and best practices for financial consolidation, close process, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting, including optimal dimension configuration, business rules/VB Script customization, web forms/task list definition, and Smart View templates in line with business.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate FCCS and NRCS with other financial systems and data sources.
  • Enhance financial consolidation and close processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office to develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Work with the Change Management team to engage stakeholders, drive user adoption, deliver training, and offer ongoing support.
  • Support system audit activities.

Qualifications and Experience
years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial systems implementation, with a focus on Oracle FCCS and NRCS.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) will be advantageous.
  • Indepth knowledge of financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes including GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
  • Experience with ERP accounting systems such as Workday Finance, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Great Plains.
  • Solid experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and MD&A for public reporting as well as deep knowledge on Financial reports and SmartView.
