SUMMARY:


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Develop a detailed understanding of customer order fulfillment processes, requirements, capabilities and limitations across regions.
  • Create and lead global order to cash transformation strategy and related roadmap focused on delighting our customers and improving our total delivered cost competitiveness.
  • Drive and establish robust scorecard with global and consistent customer metrics to influence decision making to consistently deliver customer expectations.
  • Colead the cost to deliver model with the PMO by providing expertise in the endtoend physical and information flows between McCain and Customers.
  • Accountable for establishing governance for order to cash best practices to create consistent ways of working and enable root cause analysis of failures.
  • Drive commercial engagement by demonstrating value of supply chain optimization solution design based on Customer requirements
  • Create strategy to strengthen partnerships with key customers by sharing cost effective and sustainable goals and opportunities
  • Collaborate with Finance and Quality teams on consistent strategy how to minimize claims and penalties and create roadmap to enhance visibility of the "Voice of the Customer" feedback.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to define Customer segmentation and own supply chain definition and strategy for each segment.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with the crossfunctional Global and Regional Supply Chain teams:
  • Logistics: create order process standards aligned with logistics requirements to facilitate On Time In Full measurement and improvement
  • Digital Supply Chain: define roadmap for implementing tools and analytical solutions that will drive visibility, data accuracy and enable external sharing and collaboration. Drive initiatives involving automation and process standardization.
  • Global Technology Services: Define and lead a Subject Matter Expert (SME) network and work in partnership with the Global Integrated Supply Chain IT team to design requirements and provide input on the endtoend solutions required.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:


  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Order to Cash value optimization Food and/or related CPG industries.
  • Detailed understanding of order to cash processes, with some experience in demand and supply planning and logistics
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP knowledge strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of business
