Job Description:


  • Define and control the project scope while managing the client's expectations, in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Collaborate actively with the Project Manager, the Product Manager and the Development teams in planning, coordinating and monitoring activities and developments
  • Conduct meetings to clarify requirements and present solutions
  • Analyse the clients' requirements so you can write the solution's specifications (create flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance tests, etc.)
  • Assess the risks and impacts of the selected solutions and make provision for integrating the software into the client's environment
  • Be able to influence others and use your expertise to lead the client and peers to accept the overall solution
  • Work closely with the Development and UX teams on the evolution of the product
  • Coordinate and participate in prioritizing and completing tasks for product development and evolution with different stakeholders in the project
  • Collaborate with different stakeholders (internally and at the client) from a range of fields while tasks are being accomplished
  • Ensure that the solution that you are responsible for meets quality requirements (conformity with specifications, performance, security and hardware footprint, documentation, etc.) and matches the product strategy

Qualifications:


  • Education in computer science, engineering, or any related fields
  • Significant experience of at least 5 years implementing software for external clients
  • Experience in software development, technical writing and other technical roles
  • Experience as a product owner (significant asset)
  • Significant analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Significant knowledge of clientserver architecture
  • Able to communicate in French and English
  • Available for and interested in occasional international travel
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills acquired mainly in a clientservice context
  • A strategic mindset, but enjoying being involved in the operational aspects of a project
  • Strong negotiation skills
