Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to align with our clients marketing goals and objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Develop compelling visuals and graphics for social media posts.
Conduct research and stay uptodate with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the company's social media presence is relevant and effective.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports to track key metrics and optimize strategies for improved results.
Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitors' social media activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Monitor and manage online reputation by promptly addressing any negative comments or reviews on social media platforms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing social media accounts for businesses.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools, such as Sprout Social
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
Ability to adapt to changing social media landscape and industry trends.
Experience with graphic design and basic video editing skills are a plus.
