Securiguard is a different kind of company. Good work is recognized and rewarded We never hold anyone back from promotions and opportunities. We are currently seeking to hire a Security Supervisor for a high-profile site in Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate security staff activities to maintain a safe and secure environment within the commercial tower.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
Conduct regular patrols of the building, monitoring surveillance systems and responding promptly to any security incidents or breaches.
Provide leadership and support to security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Liaise with tenants, building management, and law enforcement agencies as necessary to address security concerns and maintain effective communication channels.
Prepare incident reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all securityrelated records.

Skills/Qualifications:

Valid Security Guard License and First Aid CPR
Must have at least 1 year supervisor experience, in addition to security experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
Should be able and willing to work/commute to Toronto.
Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act (TPA), Canada Criminal Code and 494(c)
Sound judgment and decisionmaking abilities, particularly in highpressure situations.
Proficiency in using security equipment and technology, including CCTV systems and access control systems.
