Logistec Stevedoring Inc, a growing company, is currently looking for a new team member at our Ramey's Bend facility in
Port Colborne, Ontario to fill the position of
terminal coordinator. Reporting to the Terminal Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for delivering service, value and performance to our loyal customers.

What your day looks like as a terminal operations coordinator:

Analyze customer orders, prioritize shipments and plan outgoing loads;
Manage inventory and create transactions records to support daily ops;
Verify outgoing loads for accuracy & quality;
Assist in the loading of trucks and directing/signaling forklift operators if necessary;
Assist with keeping the yard safe, clean and orderly and all times ;
Completion of daily, weekly and monthly tasks;
Other duties as directed by the terminal manager.

To succeed as a terminal operations coordinator, you must have:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (French an asset but not required);
Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment;
Computer skills. Proficiency in with MS Office and strong keyboarding abilities;
Must be selfmotivated and reliable;
Must be able to take direction and work unsupervised, or in a team environment;
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions;
Possess valid "G" driver's license and a high school diploma;
Flexibility to occasionally work evening and weekends;
Experience in a similar role and experience operating equipment are an asset.
