The Hourly Shift Coordinator plays a crucial role as the Shift Leader in the restaurant, focusing on achieving sales and profit targets through various means such as profitability, guest satisfaction, managing people and operations efficiently.

The Shift Coordinator assists the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing operations during assigned shifts, ensuring key performance indicators relating to sales, profitability, guest service, and team members are met. The HSC works under the guidance of the Restaurant Manager and supervises a team of employees.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Preferred: High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have open availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to obtain necessary certifications upon hire
  • Proficient in communication with customers and team members
  • Capable of lifting up to 30lbs, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
