    Flex-time and partially remote work schedule (providing the option to work remotely 3 days per 2 week period), depending on nature of work, operational requirements and work location.

    The Enterprise Recruiter is responsible for sourcing quality candidates to meet the needs of the enterprise.

    You will participate in the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from posting and sourcing to selection, and collaborate with hiring managers and the Business HR Department to gain an understanding of the best-fit candidates for the organization.

    Foster strong working relationships with clients to gain knowledge of their talent acquisition needs.

    Identify hiring and sourcing strategies and facilitate the acquisition of talent through a consistent and fair process, keeping Enterprise diversity goals in mind.

    Oversee background checks and reference checks (PRAs) as well as requests for work permit documentation from candidates.
    Provide direction and guidance to Recruitment Coordinators to execute administrative work (i.e., Attend recruitment events as needed.
    Assist with research assignments, initiatives, and projects as required.
    A four-year Business Degree (HR major) and a minimum of two years related experience. Two-year Diploma (HR major) and a minimum of four years of related experience.

    Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Talent Acquisition processes, collective agreements, policies and practices, wage and salary administration, and other related human resource processes.

    Working knowledge of current Talent Acquisition trends and human resource best practices.

    Demonstrated skills and experience in the operation of a personal computer, including a working knowledge of human resource systems and software.

    Possess initiative with the ability to conduct research and analysis.
    A Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or equivalent would be an asset.
