The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Hosting Services Operations working as a championing leader will direct and motivationally empower IT Data Center, Infrastructure Operations and Telephony teams to collectively deliver optimal performance and service levels across the enterprise IT hosting infrastructure.

The AVP, Hosting Services Operations, oversees the day to day execution of excellence in IT Infrastructure Operations, delivery of enterprise hosting capabilities cloud operations, managing special projects/deployments, ensuring system reliability, resource management as well as overseeing ongoing maintenance and security of systems.


How you will create impact:


  • Championing the development, enhancement, and execution of strategic plans ensuring alignment to the business and the organizational technology roadmap.
  • Operating as a forwardthinking leader, proactively compassing teams to plan for technology implementation advances that optimize service delivery while developing monitoring tactics in existing technologies.
  • Evolving and delivering a highperforming, reliable, energy and costefficient environment to run IT services including utilization of cloud environments that meet capabilities and controls needs.
  • Ensuring consistent IT production maintenance; maintaining integrity, availability, and accuracy of business data; developing the environment for ongoing data and analytics capabilities while supporting Business Continuity.
  • Developing and governing the annual operating budget and monitoring service contracts and vendor performance.
  • Managing projects to implement and integrate new tools to support our business partners and identifying cost optimization opportunities to leverage our scale.
  • Leading and engaging your team to deliver strategic objectives through effective coaching and mentoring, identifying and developing emerging talent, and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and agile culture.

To join our team:


  • You have 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including multiple years of experience developing, maturing or enhancing cost and operations management in enterprise IT infrastructure workforces.
  • You have completed a postsecondary degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.
  • You have indepth knowledge of cloud hosting services operations (MS, Amazon) and have some experience partnering with cloud service providers.
  • You have experience managing a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Production Engineering team and implementation of complex operations projects.
  • You are an experienced people leader, well skilled in leading teams to execute on change initiatives, collaboratively solve complex problems and operate innovatively in an engaged environment.
