Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the
Marketing Coordinator, will be a motivated and experienced individual to join our team We offer an inspiring, dynamic and friendly work environment, with people who are truly passionate about their work.


As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our marketing initiatives, including design, digital marketing, event management and other marketing activities as directed.

The position will serve as a right-hand coordinating and executing all marketing activities and campaigns.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure marketing initiatives are clearly communicated and executed
  • Promote and maintain a strong brand
  • Edit and review of all marketing materials for brand consistency
  • Manage the organization's web presence, including the website, social media and other marketing assets
  • Monitor social media performance
  • Assist in developing strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain, archive, and coordinate all communications and media materials
  • Coordinate all marketing events, working in tandem with the Communications Coordinator
  • Create and maintain marketing documentation and presentations
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement via market research
  • Design and create marketing materials and organizational collateral
  • Liaise with departments as needed to ensure smooth delivery to meet project deadlines and objectives
  • Liaise with printers and other supplies as needed[KK1] in support of vendor relations
  • Other marketing activities as directed

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of secondary education in marketing, graphic design, communication or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Specialist or similar role
  • You have great graphic design skills, and good knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Google Suites,
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) Canva, and WordPress

Conditions of Employment

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada
  • Flexible to work outside of standard core hours (Monday-Friday, 9 am 5 pm)
  • Maybe be required to work outside of standard hours to meet client needs or attend events
  • Local travel may be required
  • Valid class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary
