Description

Intake:

provide patients with an overview of their addiction treatment program and associated program expectations, agreements and consents, taking full patient drug, medical and emotional histories.


  • Electronic Medical Records/Recording (EMR): ensuring all patient documents are scanned into patient's EMR's (and filed into their physical charts), booking and checkingin patients for their appointments.
  • Urine Drug Screening (UDS): testing patient's urine samples
  • Liaising with Service Providers, pharmacies
  • Patient Flow

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From $15.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Greater Sudbury, ON P3C 5B4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
