How You'll Make an Impact

The maintenance of supplier information andworking together with suppliers on gathering information for their electronicconnections to Siemens Energy is your main responsibility.
You will be processing Supplier registrationnotifications from an external platform.
Handling of system errors that come up duringthe supplier onboarding process.
You will use an intranet tool to processrequest supporting our internal departments (e.g., Procurement).
Within your daytoday activities you willmanage and maintain worldwide business partner details on a regular basis andclarify identified shortcomings independently.
Ensuring completeness and uptodatedness ofmaster data is part of your tasks as well as the equivalent reconciliation andcoordination with other Corporate Master Data (CMD) functions.
Providing reports on demand and regularfeedback to Service Managers

What you bring

High school education
Fluent English language skills, whereby youcan lead and or participate discussions without any problems. Additionallanguage skills is a plus.
Completed commercial apprenticeshipand initial relevant professional experience
Sound of very good knowledge of MS-Excel.
Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10and Microsoft Applications
Strong team player being a convinced serviceorientated person
