Early ProfessionalHow You'll Make an Impact
- The maintenance of supplier information andworking together with suppliers on gathering information for their electronicconnections to Siemens Energy is your main responsibility.
- You will be processing Supplier registrationnotifications from an external platform.
- Handling of system errors that come up duringthe supplier onboarding process.
- You will use an intranet tool to processrequest supporting our internal departments (e.g., Procurement).
- Within your daytoday activities you willmanage and maintain worldwide business partner details on a regular basis andclarify identified shortcomings independently.
- Ensuring completeness and uptodatedness ofmaster data is part of your tasks as well as the equivalent reconciliation andcoordination with other Corporate Master Data (CMD) functions.
- Providing reports on demand and regularfeedback to Service Managers
What you bring
- High school education
- Fluent English language skills, whereby youcan lead and or participate discussions without any problems. Additionallanguage skills is a plus.
- Completed commercial apprenticeshipand initial relevant professional experience
- Sound of very good knowledge of MS-Excel.
- Technical expertise in dealing with Windows 10and Microsoft Applications
- Strong team player being a convinced serviceorientated person
