Description
A hybrid roll of aircraft Maintenance and Maintenance planning.


Responsible for the coordination and development of aircraft maintenance forecast for fleet aircrafts, for generating project estimate report (PER'S), minimizing aircraft down time, and increase maintenance efficiency.

Planning Responsibilities

  • Plans, controls, communicates and supports the maintenance department activities;
  • Creates project master schedule, maintains and updates it;
  • Establishes orders for all technical requirements and develop and release official project in accordance with contract and approved spec;
  • Administers account receivables in accordance with the contract payment terms and company policy and procedures.
Estimating Responsibilities

  • Reviews, analyzes and evaluates requests for maintenance projects quotes;
  • Liaises with the customers to generate requests for quote, project estimate reports, pricing summary reports.
  • Prepares the statements of work;
  • Updates the TLMC (Time Limit Maintenance Checks) revisions from the OEM's as required;
  • Supports the maintenance Manager in reviewing all work orders for invoicing;
  • Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:


  • 3 to 5 years of aviation experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Camp Aircraft Maintenance Management
  • Knowledge of flight planning and flight time forecasting
  • Aircraft maintenance planning/quotation experience
  • Strong business acumen and ability to review and analyze data;
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English);
  • Specialized knowledge of aviation products, services and business processes;
  • Knowledge of Cessna products is an asset
