We're looking to immediately hire technicians to support shop work, new equipment preparation, full machine rebuilds in the Regina facility.
Job Description:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
- Component replacements
- Large scale overhauls and rebuilds
- New equipment preparation
- Interface with customers, product, and sales support
- Working with supervisors on various tasks
- Equipment and facility continuous improvements
- Providing support with reference to onsite safety requirements
- Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment
- Various related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician Certification
- Previous experience troubleshooting and repairing heavy equipment required.
- Journeyperson Truck and Transport, Journeyperson Agriculture and Journeyperson Automotive Certification will be considered based on experience
- Apprentices will be considered based on experience.
- Valid driver's license with a successful recent driver abstract
- Safety conscious team player with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Previous experience with Caterpillar equipment/engines would be considered an asset.
- Engine and/or component rebuilding experience would be considered an asset.
- Transmission or Hydraulic testing would be considered an asset.
- Previous gas engine and power generation experience would be considered an asset.
- Completion of Caterpillar product courses would be considered an asset
- Understanding of the Caterpillar product line will be considered an asset

- $36.56-$44.23/Hour
