Job Description:


In this role you will be a key member of the global People Strategy team, with teammates based in locations including Dublin and Cayman.

You will work with a growing group of cross discipline people professionals who collaborate on all aspects of people strategy including learning and development, culture and engagement, internal communications, diversity, equity and inclusion, and more.

You will report directly into our Director of Learning & Development who is based in Dublin.

Your role will primarily centre on learning and development and your responsibilities will include:


  • Delivery of in person and virtual training, workshops, briefings etc.
  • Collaboration on design of learning and development activities, programs etc.
  • Creation of eLearning content
  • Evaluation of training impact and feedback on continuous improvement to our L&D offering
  • Involvement in wider People Strategy and HR projects and initiatives
  • Any other adhoc duties, as required.

Qualifications:


Educational/Work Experience Requirements

  • 35 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in Learning & Development
  • A qualification in Learning & Development or Human Resource Management e.g., CIPD/CPHR (not essential, but preferred)

Skills Requirements

  • Awareness of different learning styles and how adults learn, can adapt training delivery to different learning styles
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to deliver training in an interactive manner in person or online, able to adapt to different audiences
  • Skills to utilise variety of tools to create engagement during training e.g., breakout rooms, polls, virtual whiteboard etc.
  • Ability to adapt structure of training for the achievement of training objectives
  • Ability to recognise level of understanding/disengagement during training and remediate
  • Experience designing eLearning content using software such as Articulate
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • Professional maturity to handle stakeholder expectations and deliver training with credibility
  • Proactive and responsive with strong problemsolving skills
  • Proven track record of delivering objectives

Additional Preferred Knowledge/Attributes

  • Experience of tools like MS Teams, Padlet, and Mentimeter
  • Experience with Learning Management System (SABA)
  • Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment
  • Can do attitude, hands on approach, and high level of motivation
  • Creative and engaging
  • Persuading and influencing skills
