Acculift is looking for a young, aggressive, problem-solving
Customer Service Rep to support our service team in providing timely and accurate responses.
As
Customer Service Rep, you will communicate directly with existing and new clients to establish and meet their parts and service request needs.
You will be held accountable for meeting Customer Service metrics and targets. Occasional site visits with field reps may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Process inbound inquiries/leads
- Advise on use and appropriateness of goods or parts
- Quote preparation and submittal
- Communicate with customers, and field service reps
- Service Report entering and filing
Requirements:
- Ability to focus and produce results in fastpaced, pressured environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Can-Do attitude
- A desire to help and assist others
- Must be technically inclined
- Professional presence
- A savvy PC user not intimidated by learning new technology
- Commitment to training and continuous improvement
- Attend service calls for a limited period to gain industry and product knowledge
- Work out of our Winnipeg branch

Salary:
$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
