The Individual
- Responsibilities include: _
- Management of several searches (recruitments) at any given time across a broad range of functions within the financial services industry.
- Effective execution of search deliverables against stated timetables set by the client and the lead Partner.
- Participation in search launch and progress meetings with clients, proactively advising the Partner and client of necessary changes to the search strategy.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and communications team to develop the Executive Brief, ad copy, and ensure its publication externally.
**Internal Project Management
- In conjunction with the Marketing and Communications team, develop, proofread, and distribute correspondence and presentation materials within the project cycle to relevant parties (e.g., progress reports, executive brief, ad copy, interview guide).
- Remain informed of market trends and developments that could impact business development, client relationships, or search outcomes.
- Continually monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development where relevant; as appropriate, strategize with Partner on best approach to pursue new clients or search assignments.
- Over time, demonstrate ability to originate new business for Massey Henry
