Description
Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Toronto.

As a Business Systems Analyst with Yardi experience, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our business operations and technology solutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and maintain software systems, particularly Yardi, that support our commercial real estate operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities for process improvements, and translate them into efficient and effective system solutions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, users, and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and processes related to commercial real estate operations.
  • Design, configure, and customize Yardi software modules to align with business requirements and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and onboarding.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring that system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Yardi and other integrated systems.
  • Conduct testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure that system changes meet business requirements and perform as expected.
  • Provide enduser support, training, and guidance to ensure that team members can effectively utilize Yardi software and related systems.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in both commercial real estate and software systems to drive continuous improvement.

QUALFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong expertise in Yardi software, including configuration, customization, and implementation of modules such as Property Management, Accounting, and Reporting.
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate operations, property management processes, and financial concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable system solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality documentation and deliverables.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive in staying uptodate with technology trends and advancements.
