Major Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Human Resources team including:
  • Assistance in the maintenance of various tracking databases
  • Provide calender management as needed
  • Produce reports as required
  • Preparation of employee letters
  • Scanning, saving and uploading documents
  • Provide support in regards to various programs and inititives
  • Provide customer service support to internal and external clients
  • Maintain information on SharePoint
  • Maintain general filing system
  • Handle daily correspondence and maintain effective followup system

Required Experience

  • Previous experience in administrative assistant roles is required
  • Advanced Customer Service skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma is required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Software
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate and maintain typical office equipment
